What has Subjam been up to, you ask? 😎

We’ve been testing the upcoming release of Subjam for Android and found that the iRig Stream works flawlessly as a direct-in audio interface 🙂

This is a huge deal for streaming from high quality audio sources like venue sound consoles.

The Apple/iOS app has this functionality as well, if you were wondering.

The work continues.

We’ve established an official Google Play presence for our imminent Android beta release. Look out for this one, it’s right around the corner. We’ve talked to so many Android users that can’t wait, and we can’t too!

We’re moving our server farm. If you weren’t aware, Subjam hosts the majority of its own technical infrastructure. This means we own the servers, network equipment and everything else that makes Subjam work. We contract with a colocation facility / data center to house it and hook big Internet pipes into it all, providing redundant Tier-2 upstream Internet connections, redundant electricity, physical security, and a myriad of other features. We’re proud to be as much of an autonomous platform as possible, not bowing to cloud providers and calling all of the shots. This infra move to Bellingham, Washington has benefits for us financially, technically, operationally and strategically. We can’t wait to crank it to 11 for the whole world with this supercharged Internet presence. It’s a huge project to pull off…luckily, I (Jordan) have spent my whole life and career doing things like this…We’re on it.

We’re continuing to forge relationships with our homescene in the Pacific Northwest, as well as countless others around the world. The sentiment is unanimous—Subjam provides valuable and exciting new tools to artists, venues, music fans and supporting businesses. We’re in this, right next to you, fighting the good fight, for the music.

The energy is undeniable at this stage in our collective journey.

Thank you for your support, we couldn’t do it without you.
