Installing Subjam Beta for iOS

Getting the Subjam beta app on your iPhone, iPad or Mac laptop takes just a few steps:

  1. Install the Apple.com official app for beta testers, called TestFlight, on your Apple device through the App Store. (Link)
  2. Install Subjam: https://testflight.apple.com/join/ko1T7PMe
  3. Launch Subjam and create a new account, including adding a profile picture and Bio.

Once you’ve done this, here’s how you use Subjam:

  • Use the search icon to find and subscribe to artists and fans.
  • We haven’t gone viral yet 🙁 so maybe there’s no live broadcasts happening right now – no worries! Check out the “Recorded” section for previously live broadcasts to listen to.
  • Start a broadcast 🙂 It’s exciting to go live and you’re helping us share your music, stories and thoughts with others. We encourage broadcasting your own original stuff – whether it’s a song, a chat, part of a gig, or whatever. Subjam is all about spreading raw, live and original audio! (If you’re hesitant, don’t worry – you can always delete the broadcast afterwards.)
  • Keep checking back for new users, features, content and live broadcasts!

Note: Subjam is still “beta” software with some rough edges. Our goal is to fix all of issues that need to be fixed, and implement a few more core features before officially rolling it out to the App Store. We highly value your feedback in this phase – whether it’s directly through TestFlight, through an email, or wherever else you can find us.

Cheers,
Jordan
